Senior Administrator/administrator

We are a leading Health and Safety consultancy providing bespoke solutions to the rural sector. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking conscientious, adaptable and highly motivated individuals to join us.
The primary objective of the role is to proactively contribute to the vital administration function that underpins Revolution Group’s reputation as a leading provider of both people and technology led solutions to the sector.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage day to day administrative tasks on behalf of Revolution Group companies aligned to internal quality standards and operating procedures.
2. Act as the key point of contact for CoSHH administration, supporting the business to deliver a key service to clients.
3. Assist with Merit Inspections Solutions (MIS) administration for TBT and LOLER, recording visits and undertaking post visit administration and reporting, including producing data and insights for management review.
4. Coordination of client IOSH training, including scheduling and booking of courses, pre-event administration and post-event processing of documentation/outcomes in line with IOSH requirements.
5. Supporting with Rural Compliance Solutions administration, including client liaison and coordination, and the processing of contractor vetting in line with SOPs.
6. Provide exceptional service and support to the internal team and customers as required in line with business needs.
7. Support director and other managers with day to day operational activities, helping the business to continuously improve and deliver exceptional client service and experience.
8. Develop knowledge and technical expertise aligned to the products and solutions that administration is provided for.
