**Job title**: Document Controller
**Location**: Norfolk (On-Site)
**Contract length**: 12 months initial contract
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday; 50 hours pw
**Pay rate**: Up to £30 per hour

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Document Controller on behalf of a leading energy company.

**Job purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrating and maintaining the technical documentation at the construction site

Administrating and maintaining the documentation at site using the Site Drawing Index (SDI)

Recording, checking out and stamping Construction Drawings for the Site team

Coordinating with the Project Office in transmittal of drawings to site via the use of the Document Management tool

Ensuring the availability of the up to date documentation at site.

Managing, distributing and documenting feedback, responses and incoming documents (from suppliers, headquarter, customers or other third parties).

Supporting the collation of red-lines at site, ready for As built

General administrative office duties

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Previous experience working as a Document Controller, ideally in an on-site position

Proficient in EDMS systems, such as Aconex, SharePoint, I2

Enjoys collaborating and can work effectively in cross functional teams to find innovative solutions

High levels of attention to detail and proficient in the use of MS Office Applications

Must have own transportation due to site location and requirements
