Junior Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the team in our busy office in the role of Junior Administrator. The successful applicant must be prepared to work to a very high standard in order to support our Home Manager effectively run services.

Your role will include maintaining impeccable financial records for the Home and also on behalf of our Residents. In addition, you will be trained in the preparation of our reports and spreadsheets, processing payroll, collating HR information and any other general administrative and secretarial duties that are part of a busy office.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with IT and Administration skills, with further training provided. You will need to have a keen desire to progress and obtain qualifications as part of your personal development.

You will need competent knowledge of Microsoft Office and have good time management and organisational skills.

Our Residents are at the heart of everything we do and as one of the first points of contact for anyone contacting the Home you will need excellent communication skills with a professional manner, but more importantly a friendly and caring personality. You will be working alongside a variety of staff in different departments to ensure we deliver the highest levels of care and service to the people who live here.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
