Marketing Executive

Collaborating with internal teams such as sales and business development, you’ll champion social media across the Division, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics.
You’ll be tasked with assisting to deliver the calendar of campaign activity. You will also work on building, optimising, promoting, creating content and updating the company’s websites and working with our digital agencies in driving PPC and SEO campaigns across the division, ensuring these are successfully in line with delivering conversions for the business.
This is a permanent full time role (37.5 hours per week) and it can be based in either Gatwick or Bracknell.
**What you will be doing**:
- Managing social media for the Services Division brands, creating, scheduling and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics
- Leading paid LinkedIn campaigns
- Copywriting for all marketing channels
- Assisting with organising events, including presence at exhibitions, speaker opportunities and webinars
- Assisting with projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future Air Partner Services Division websites, including launching new websites
- Creating image/video assets for social and website projects
- Working with our creative agency to create a range of content and marketing materials (including brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, PR and e-marketing)
- Assisting with internal communications (internal group marketing updates, newsletters, intranet updates etc)
- Supporting data related projects such as:
- Use of CRM system to identify target audiences
- Reviewing and reporting process of monthly business KPIs
- Contributing to monthly results presentations
- Assisting in the management of our PPC agency
- Managing and updating the company’s website via our CMS, including content creation
- Assisting in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Assisting with development and implementation of SEO and content strategies across our websites (via an agency)
- Assisting with reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) on a monthly basis
- Managing relationships with third-party providers and key stakeholders within the group
- General marketing activity aligned with sales strategy and business development activity
- Performing general marketing administration tasks
**What we are looking for**:
- Have 2 years’ working experience in a B2B varied marketing role
- Be passionate about content creation and copywriting
- Have experience of leading on the content creation, scheduling, publishing and reporting on LinkedIn paid campaigns
- Have experience creating content for and updating websites via a CMS
- Have experience of creating content for internal comms
- Be a self-starter who can work autonomously and who is hands on
- Have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends
- Have experience working with stakeholders across all levels, ideally including Sales, Functional Experts and Business Development teams
- Have an analytical mind and confidence when reporting return on investment across a variety of marketing channels
- Be a strong team player, with the ability to work independently
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Have a sense of humour and an ability to keep up with a varied and busy role
**Please note that all PPC, SEO and Creatives are covered off by agencies so we are not looking for a digital marketer or a creative marketer for this role, although and understanding of these channels is a bonus, as you will work with agencies on these. Experience of working with and briefing in agencies is a plus.**
**Desirable**
- Experience supporting to arrange B2B events, including booking space, ordering collateral, booking travel and accommodation, marketing for the events etc.
- Previous use of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- A Bachelor’s experience within the training or education, safety or aviation sectors would be a huge advantage Degree, or equivalent qualification in Advertising or Marketing
