**Merchandising Executive (European markets) - easyJet holidays**
**Team**
The merchandising team is responsible for managing the sales pages on the easyJet holidays websites, including the homepage, our most visited page. We manage this journey on 6 websites (UK consumer, UK travel agent, France, Germany & Switzerland French/German). Our aim is to get people from where they first land on the site into the booking journey as quickly and smoothly as possible, including stand-out promotion campaigns and personalised experiences. We’re a small team with big plans to deliver best in class digital experiences for our customers.
**What you’ll be doing**:
Preparing the merchandising plan for European markets, using data to make decisions.
Deliver the weekly plan, to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Ensure our website is correct, up to date, and reflects commercial & industry trends.
Help customers to easily navigate around our site and find holidays they are interested in.
**What you’ll bring to the team**:
We would like you have experience using an enterprise level CMS - Preferably Sitecore.
Language skills in either French or German (or both) would be a plus".
Understanding of websites and digital marketing with Organised and good at planning, being able to Work autonomously and prioritising your own workload.
