HR/ Business Development Coordinator

Are you a keen administrator? A strong footing in HR or working towards your CIPD? Fancy a varied role where no two days are the same?
This is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for supporting administrative duties within HR, training and the Business Development Manager.

- £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

**Your Day**
- Responsible for the HR function in the organisation
- Onboarding new starters and off boarding
- Supporting and involved with Grievances
- Organise and monitor company apprenticeships/work experience placements including the Apprenticeship Digital Account
- Tender stage support
- Organise all social value activities on live projects; this will involve liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure 100% delivery.
- Continually monitor and progress social value activities on all relevant 'live’ projects; gathering evidence and reporting on activity to agreed timescales
- Admin support in the pre-qualification and tender process
- Maintenance of an electronic PQQ/tender library
- Website and social media updates
**Your skills and attributes**
- Previous HR experience ideally working towards their CIPD
- Good working knowledge of IT systems e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Administration skills
- Team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Networking and relationship skills
- Ability to engage well with others and influence a wide range of key stakeholders
