We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated **Trainee HR Administrator**, to join our fast paced, rapidly growing Company. The role is part of a small but expanding HR Team and will be a valued support in the development and creation of our HR function.

Reporting into the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR and payroll administration with opportunities to work on new and existing projects.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing administration support for all HR matters to a high-quality standard.
- Placing adverts for vacancies throughout the business, issuing offer letters and contracts of employment, processing changes to terms & conditions and leavers.
- Working closely with the payroll team to ensure the smooth processing of the monthly payroll.
- Maintaining and improving the HR database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Assisting in the production of monthly and ad hoc reports.
- Contribute towards developing and implementing new HR processes and practices.
- Supporting the wider HR team with any other employee-related activities.
**To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who**:
- Can identify and prioritise own workload to ensure objectives are met.
- Has good verbal and written communication skills.
- Has an understanding of administration _(HR experience desired but not essential)._
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is highly confidential
- Is keen to work within HR and undertake any further training required.
**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
