We source all our products direct from suppliers, retail them across 80 different platforms worldwide and distribute them directly to our customers from one of our Monster distribution centres. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proficient administrator to join our team based just outside of York. We are looking for someone who is just starting their HR journey and has a passion for organisation, admin and keeping things ship shape You will provide administration support to the Managing Director and MAP team (Monster Ambition and Progression Team).
**Main Tasks**:
- Update employee records including sickness leave, any documents, personal info etc on our HR portal.
- Take all our new employees through their onboarding journey and complete all applicable processes.
- Support with the administration of employee compensation and benefits.
- Preparing employment contracts, letters in relation to e.g. contract changes/salaries/courses (all from templates).
- Any admin related to leaver processes.
- Initiate and organise engagement activities across all sites, including the monthly newsletter.
- HR admin support to any disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management matters.
- Help to uphold the Monster values: Empowerment, Forward Thinking, Respect and Fun.
- Administration in relation to utilities, maintenance and health & safety.

- Strong housekeeping and organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner across all levels both internally and externally.
- Strong ability to use initiative and juggle multiple tasks/projects at once.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in dealing with HR matters and employment law would be beneficial but not essential.

Working hours: Full time & part time available, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport. Travel to our Monster Group Distribution Centre in Scunthorpe will also be required.
