Our Public Sector client based in Inverness are looking for an Administration Assistant on a full time, temporary basis.

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to professional staff within the section. The post holder will maintain database information, statutory property information, carry out analysis and evaluations, raise helpdesk requests for property repairs, minute meetings, file reports and contractual information, and compile accurate management information.

Main duties
- Provide support for the day-to-day business of the section.
- To be responsible for administering databases and systems used within the Service. Duties will include creating, updating, and amending records for service contracts and related repairs.
- Regular monitoring and updating of Statutory Information relating to a wide range of property-related service contracts.
- To provide support to Officers in setting up service contracts, and providing all associated analysis, evaluation, and reports.
- To be responsible for scheduling meetings, minute taking, as well as circulating minutes and agendas.
- To prepare summary information of monthly contract activities for Officers.
- Assist with the gathering of information for queries on behalf of Engineering staff and exchange of information with other services.
- Adhere to targets and deadlines for year-end procedures, and monthly reports.
- Provide support and cover for the Service Contract Team when required.
