We are seeking an organized, versatile Dance School Administrator to oversee our school’s daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient learning environment for our students.

As a Dance School Administrator, you will handle a range of tasks, including scheduling classes, managing student enrolments, coordinating events, and liaising with instructors.

Although this role can be managed from home, it involves working some evenings and weekends for various activities mainly at the beginning and end of Dance School terms, also for events.

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating, and ensuring the dance school runs seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling classes and coordinating with instructors.
- Act as a point of contact for coaches, suppliers, students / parents / guardians offering excellent customer service.
- Handle student enrolment, including registration and fee collection.
- Coordinate dance school events, including recitals, workshops, and fundraisers.
- Communicate with parents, staff, and students regarding updates, changes, and events.
- Ensure the dance school facilities are properly maintained and safe for students.
- Manage financial records and budgets
- Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts to promote the dance school.
- Booking dance studios.
- Creating invoices for the private lessons, shows etc.
- Maintaining Events calendar.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the school community.
- Keeping up-to-date records of students, staff, and classes.
- Assist the Dance School with Dance School mail-outs and communications, including termly newsletters and e-shots;
- Keep up-to-date and accurate records of student numbers, withdrawals etc. for departmental records, as necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or arts setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- A passion for dance and the arts
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
