Working 0900-1800 Monday to Friday, the company offers the following benefits:

The role of **Administrative Assistant** will involve learning aspects of imports, including but not limited to the following:

- checking licences once received back from APHA.
- raising files for incoming shipments.
- uploading documentation and licences to our in-house system.
- driving to collect and deliver custom documents.
- photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents as required.
- assist the Manager as necessary in order to support the team.
- undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by your Manager or Directors.

The knowledge, skills and experience required from our **Administrative Assistant** is:

- Hold a full clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written (essential).
- Have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines (essential).
- Have strong communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (essential).
- Be a team player, with the ability to work as a member of the Imports team as well as alongside members of staff within other teams, as required (essential).
- Sound IT knowledge - Word, Excel & Outlook as a minimum (essential).
- Knowledge of the local area & London (essential).
- Experience of using a CRM system (desirable).
- Experience of transporting valuable goods (desirable).
