Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

**Duties**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: £16,188.86-£27,037.56 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Slough
