**About Our Client**:
My client is a new small independent school with a strong family ethos.

The successful Personal Assistant will be responsible for the following:

- Management of school diary
- Preparation for all meetings with relevant correspondence, documents/presentations
- Taking minutes at staff meetings/briefings as required and ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales
- Administrative filing including confidential personnel files
- Carrying out some HR responsibilities including advertising vacancies, organising interviews, overseeing the Enhanced DBS process, preparing employment contracts, record-keeping, absence monitoring and preparation of absence sheet for payroll
- Manage pupil files
- Managing the Single Central Register
- Use ParentMail for school to Home correspondence
- Oversee school trips correspondence

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Personal Assistant will have the following skills/qualities:

- Experience within a busy office environment.
- Previous PA experience
- Taken minutes and attending meetings.
- Experience with confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Excellent proof-reading skills
- Experience with IT Microsoft packages
