**Job summary**:
The Learning Frameworks service is a central part of the GSCU offer for the Civil Service. This service provides much of the formal training across the Civil Service. The service is delivered through contracts with commercial suppliers. The Learning Frameworks’ contracts will deliver over £240m of services over their duration. The GSCU has a critical role to ensure that the service runs smoothly to meet the needs of the Civil Service.

The job holder will report to the Learning Frameworks Quality Lead and work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver these services. This involves working team colleagues, partners across the Civil Service and commercial suppliers. The remit of this role includes providing secretariat to governance bodies, designing and delivering processes to ensure that the Learning Frameworks run smoothly, delivering mini-projects, and operating the Cabinet Office’s Learning and Development Spend Control so that it drives collaboration and value for money across the Civil Service.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver the Learning Frameworks service by operating a number of systems.
- Working closely with Civil Service departments and agencies to share insight and upskill them to interact more effectively with the Learning Frameworks system
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with our external partners, KPMG and EY.
- Managing the “complex” learning requirements process - this includes interrogating information, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining accurate logs and suggesting and implementing improved ways of working.
- Supporting the smooth running of the new requirements process within the Learning Frameworks by liaising with commercial suppliers and Civil Service stakeholders to progress cases.
- Delivering secretariat responsibilities, including:

- Supporting GSCU colleagues more widely on a variety of continuous improvement projects to drive up performance of the Learning Frameworks.
