Reporting: Reports to the Contact Team Manager

Office Locations: Liverpool, Hoylake and Heswall

Overall purpose:
Key accountabilities:

- To be the first point of contact for our clients
- Deliver the highest quality customer service
- To be able to handle high volume of calls as expected in a contact centre environment
- Support the needs of the department and/or the business with additional administrative tasks when required
- Meet incoming call expectations including volume and service standards
- Understand our customers’ needs and progress their call effectively
- Strive to provide the best experience for our Clients

Following initial training, we will support you to develop and progress to be the best you can be.

Work Location: Liverpool City Centre initially with possibility of Hybrid working following initial training.
