About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Training Professional to join our team as a Contact Centre Skills Trainer. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering accredited pre-employment qualifications in Contact Centre operations up to Levels 1 and 2.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching, training, or assessing within a contact centre environment and be comfortable with online and group-based training delivery. You will also be responsible for managing your diary efficiently and embedding Maths, English, and ICT skills into your delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent role based remotely with occasional classroom-based delivery. The salary for this position is £30,000 + bonus potential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality training sessions to learners on a remote basis with occasional classroom-based delivery
  2. Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews
  3. Develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support
  4. Support, advise, and motivate learners to achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in a contact centre environment
  • Familiarity with online and group-based training delivery
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly with travel
