Contact Centre Skills Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Skills Trainer to deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Contact Centre operations up to Levels 1 and 2. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching, training, or assessing within a contact centre environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with online and group-based training delivery, have experience of managing their diary efficiently, and be able to embed Maths, English, and ICT skills into their delivery.

This is a full-time, permanent role based remotely with occasional classroom-based delivery. Salary: £30,000 + bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Contact Centre operations up to Levels 1 and 2
  • Manage diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews
  • Embed Maths, English, and ICT skills into delivery
  • Develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a personalised approach for individuals requiring more support
Requirements:
  • Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) or equivalent
  • Experience of working within a Call/Contact Centre or the Recruitment/Sales sector
  • Familiarity with online and group-based training delivery
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle
  • Flexible with travel
