At the Festival of Work, we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Trainer and Development Specialist to join our growing team. As a permanent position, this role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement in an exciting period of change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an effective training rollout plan and delivering coaching and training for our workforce, both virtually and face-to-face. With a focus on bespoke systems, you will be acknowledged as the 'systems expert' and have a clear understanding of what training is required.

We are looking for someone with proven experience delivering systems training across an organisation, including planning and managing delivery plans and project work. You will need to create relevant training materials and articulate them clearly to staff, evaluating skill-set and potential gaps in knowledge. Comfortable presenting to large groups and supporting one-on-one, you will build strong professional relationships across the organisation.

This role also requires a Driving Licence due to travel within the role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, 30 days holiday (including public holidays), and hybrid working arrangements.
