Liverpool, Liverpool, United Kingdom Festival of Work Full time
Festival of Work seeks an Organisational Systems Development Specialist to join their growing team. As a key member of the Learning and Organisational Development Team, you will support the creation of an effective training rollout plan for the company-wide implementation of a new bespoke system. With a strong understanding of what training is required, you will create relevant materials and articulate that training clearly to staff, evaluating skill-set and potential gaps in knowledge as you go. Your experience in planning and managing delivery plans, creating and developing training materials, and presenting to large groups of people will be invaluable assets to this role.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering systems training across an organisation, with a focus on rolling out new technology solutions. You will work closely with the existing team to create comprehensive training materials, including webinars, reference guides, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and user guides. Your ability to present training to staff in a clear, confident, and enthusiastic manner is essential, as well as your comfort with one-on-one support and building professional relationships across the organisation.

What We Offer:
As an Organisational Systems Development Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 30 days' holiday (including public holidays) and opportunities for buying and selling annual leave. Our hybrid working model allows for a 5-day week or 9-day working fortnight, and you'll enjoy lifestyle benefits such as retail discounts, gym membership discounts, 24/7 virtual GP consultations, and financial health checks.
