HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Liverpool as an HR Generalist. This permanent role offers excellent benefits and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will have a passion for employee relations and strategic HR projects. Key duties include:

  • Providing day-to-day advice and support to leaders, managers and staff on HR issues, including employment law, policies and procedures.
  • Supporting leaders and line managers with the application of attendance procedures, occupational health referrals and follow-up actions.
  • Recording staff absence on relevant databases and systems.
  • Advising on recruitment processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are completed.
  • Providing administrative support across the recruitment process, including conducting exit interviews, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and drafting offer letters and contracts of employment.
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks for new staff, ensuring all documentation is received and recorded correctly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records and files in compliance with GDPR.
  • Developing and administering the yearly new staff induction process.

The salary for this role is up to £37,000.
