Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in learning and development to drive organisational growth and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the success of talent development and learning initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, engage, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver a professional and innovative Learning and Development service.
  • Create and enable a learning organisation culture with a growth mindset.
  • Develop and implement early careers, leadership, management, talent development, and career progression programs.
  • Define and implement a learning strategy to build organisational capability and support delivery of high-performance and healthy culture.
  • Provide strategic leadership in embedding a coaching philosophy throughout the organisation.
  • Drive digital innovation of learning delivery using the latest AI and digital learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to further development and retention of talent and succession planning strategies.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of working at a similar level is essential.
  • Experience of developing and implementing high-level planning processes for learning and talent development.
  • Experience of developing talent strategies and approaches.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the impact of effective talent management on an organisation's ability to attract, retain, and engage high-performing talent.

Salary:

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
