Learning Development Manager

We are seeking a Learning Development Manager to join our team at National Skills Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs.
About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering Introduction Modules and Professional development modules to all apprentices, providing coaching, tutoring, and mentoring support in Fire Safety on a one-to-one basis.
- You will develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a more personalized approach for individuals requiring more support.
- You will analyze initial assessments of prior learning to create the training plan accordingly.
- You will identify learners' strengths and weaknesses and provide progress feedback to learners and support them to meet their learning goals/targets.
- Deliver Introduction Modules and Professional development modules to all apprentices.
- Provide coaching, tutoring and mentoring support in Fire Safety on a one to one.
- Develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
- Identify learners' strengths and weaknesses through analysing initial assessments of prior learning and create the training plan accordingly.
- Provide progress feedback to learners and support them to meet their learning goals/targets.
- Ensure each learner's progression is recorded and monitored efficiently.
- Support learners to collate and prepare for End Point Assessment.
- Plan and lead the standardisation programme for all our clients' mentors.
- Participate in the development, advancement, and promotion of our clients' profile.
- Maintain professional competency as identified in the our clients' staff CPD Policy.
- Perform any other reasonable activity necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
- To hold relevant subject qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety.
- To hold a recognized teaching qualification PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent.
- Experience in supporting adult learners is desired.
- Demonstrable good IT skills.
- Experience and confidence with delivering learning remotely.
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
