Responsibilities:- Provide expert support to families during contact sessions, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with social workers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Participate in planning meetings and reviews as required, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of child-centred practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or related field is mandatory, and a current DBS is essential. We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour and flexible working arrangements to accommodate your needs.
