Due to the internal promotion of one of our current HR Advisors, we are looking for an HR professional who wants to grow their practice in the areas of Human Resources Advisory work and recruitment.

We would like you to help us to develop ways of working which celebrate best practice HR. It’s important that you can develop effective working relationships, and you will be asked to interact with all sorts of colleagues from clinical colleagues to trade union representatives. We will be looking for you to be confident in your operational HR, Recruitment and Selection knowledge although you won’t be expected to know it all and there are lots of friendly, experienced colleagues who will be happy to support you and help you. It would be beneficial to bring a sound understanding of employment law, experience handling a range of employee relations issues and coaching and supporting colleagues to understand and interpret our people management policies. But you will never be alone and will be a very welcome addition to our workforce and organisational development team.

- HR Advisor experience in a complex organisation
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly establish good working relationships
- Successful, solution focused HR advice and guidance on across a range of employee relations cases
- Track record in leading a customer focussed recruitment and selection service
- Line manager experience
