We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time (37.5 Hours) HR Administrator to join the HR team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at within Chesterfield.

Years’ service - 20 days plus 8 days Bank Holidays

**Key Tasks**:

- The processing into employment of client's care teams
- To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies/ CQC and GDPR
- Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR
- Provide support and HR advice for all of HomeCareDirect enquires
- To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company
- To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures
- To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set
- To issue ID badges

**Requirements**:
**_ Essential Qualifications/Experience_**:

- CIPD Level 3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications or be willing to work towards
- Business Administration level 2 or able to work towards.
- Experience of working with HR procedures
- Ability to build positive relationships with managers, colleagues and Trade Union representatives
- Willingness to interpret HR Legislation to comply with the company policy of client choice
- Be punctual, flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changing needs of the company in line with the care industry requirements
- Confident and competent IT skills
