Pertemps Sheffield is currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join the Fleet department of a nationally recognised client, Royal Mail.
Main Responsibilities- Call Centre Operations: Be logged into a call centre platform and take inbound calls, meeting telephone KPIs and customer contact timescales.
- Email Management: Maintain a shared inbox in between calls for email bookings.
- Workshop Support: Supply daily support and advice to workshop staff and management, highlighting any issues or concerns that may affect the operation.
- Resource Planning: Use resource data and own initiative to plan and book all vehicle repairs and maintenance into national workshops.
- Communication: Pro-actively liaise with workshop and management on resource planning and ad hoc urgent resource issues.
- Customer Support: Support and manage communications between the workshops and customers.
- Customer Resolution: Be responsible for all customer related vehicle updates, issues and complaints.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and experience within a customer service call centre setting with pushed calls.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deal with departmental issues in a professional manner.
- Customer Understanding: Excellent understanding of individual customer requirements and understand the impact to all customers, internal and external.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills with commercial awareness.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in dealing with multiple IT systems/platforms, ability to learn new systems.
- Pressure Management: Experience working under pressure.
- IT Skills: Good IT skills, computer literate.
- Microsoft Excel: Competent in Microsoft Excel.
You will be paid £12 per hour.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6am and 4pm. You will work on a rota'd shift pattern of either 6am until 2pm, 7am until 3pm and 8am until 4pm.
The role is being offered on a temporary basis, with no end date set.
