Job Title: Junior HR Advisor

Job Summary:
SF Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior HR Advisor to join an expanding SME in Chesterfield. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding HR service to the business, focusing on people data management, end-to-end recruitment, payroll reporting, and elements of ER.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all essential HR processes and activities
• Support on a wide range of projects
• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver an outstanding HR service

Requirements:
• Early on in your HR career with some experience at administration or advising level
• CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards
• Passionate about HR and committed to delivering high-quality results
