Are you a visionary HR professional with a passion for driving cultural transformation and strategic growth in the healthcare sector? We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Head of Employee Relations, part of the Peoples Services and Organisational Effectiveness Leadership Team at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust.

We are a CQC outstanding trust with excellent staff survey results, proud of our welcoming and inclusive culture. Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role will be delivering quality through continuous service improvement, shaping organisational culture, improving management and leadership capabilities, and ensuring efficiency and best practice development.

Requirements
  • A post-graduate qualification in Leadership/Human Resource Management/Employment Law or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of innovative approaches to employee relations management
  • Highly specialist knowledge of employee relations and employment law
  • Experience of working successfully with union colleagues

With a salary range of approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
