Water Industry Optimization Lead

We are looking for a Water Industry Optimization Lead to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for identifying areas where upskilling and support are required to successfully deliver digital methods of working.

You will act as a digital lead across multiple projects or frameworks, ensuring suitable resources are identified and allocated to projects. Additionally, you will be the point of contact within the region for technical software queries and present at regional water townhalls to share updates and successes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mentoring and coaching technical and non-technical teams, as well as delivering project information in accordance with BIM standards. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
