Role Description

We're seeking a Core Contract Growth Expert to work in Chesterfield, with regular visits to the southern contract region. The successful candidate will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The salary for this role is £50,000 + £550 car allowance + annual bonus.

  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
  • Maintain effective Customer Relations and Contract Management
  • Develop Core Contract growth and development strategies
  • Manage Sales responsibility in core contracts and regional area
  • Implement Field Operations Management best practices
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers and teams
  • Optimise Quotations Management & Governance processes
  • Manage tendering processes for core customers
  • Provide KPI Reporting and Performance insights
  • Authorise Purchase Order sign offs
  • Analyse P&L revenue and margin data
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract management
  • Degree-level education or relevant HND qualification
