Job Role: Senior Regeneration Manager Location - Chesterfield

40,000 per annum plus an essential car user allowance of £963. Full-time and Permanent position.

Housing Development Overview: Sellick Partnership Ltd is supporting a housing association with the recruitment of a Senior Regeneration Manager to work within their organisation to identify and progress development opportunities to deliver their objectives for the delivery of new homes within their patch.

Main Responsibilities: Provide full development management to ensure the successful delivery of the development projects. To develop a project programme taking into account the available resources, overall strategic regeneration programme, lead times for procurement, full consultation and all constraints on the scheme.

Working Relationships: Supporting the Head of Regeneration and Development in reviewing securing and delivering development opportunities for the local authority and the RP, through regeneration schemes, Design and build schemes, S106's, off the shelf purchases.

Key Requirements: Significant experience of working in a Development & Regeneration environment with experience of both a leadership role and of managing other managers/team leaders. Experience of project management and contracts management inclusive of the procurement process.
