Housing Regeneration Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Regeneration Professional to join our client's team and contribute to the delivery of new homes within their patch.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage all resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the successful delivery of development projects.
  • Develop project programmes taking into account available resources, overall strategic regeneration programme, lead times for procurement, full consultation, and constraints on the scheme.
  • Support the Head of Regeneration and Development in reviewing, securing, and delivering development opportunities for the local authority and Registered Provider through regeneration schemes, Design and build schemes, S106's, and off-the-shelf purchases.
  • Conduct full development appraisals and carry out due diligence on potential projects to ensure schemes are viable for progression.

Salary Details:

The estimated salary range for this role is £41,356.71 - £44,106.20 per annum, rising through increments, plus an essential car user allowance of £963.00 per annum.
