Housing Development Manager Job Description

We are recruiting a highly skilled Housing Development Manager to join our client's team in Chesterfield.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in Development and Regeneration, with experience in leading teams and managing high-value budgets.

Main Duties
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to deliver development projects.
  • Work closely with the Head of Regeneration and Development to review, secure, and deliver development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective budget management and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in Development and Regeneration environments with leadership roles and team management.
  • Strong project management and contracts management skills, including procurement processes.
  • Ability to effectively manage high-value budgets and develop cost-effective delivery solutions.
