About the Role:
The Housing Development Manager position at Sellick Partnership involves identifying and progressing development opportunities for a housing association in Chesterfield. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Regeneration and Development to secure and deliver development opportunities through various schemes and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough appraisals and due diligence on potential projects to assess their viability for progression.
- Develop and implement project programmes, considering factors such as resource allocation, procurement timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a development and regeneration environment, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong project management and contracts management skills, including experience with procurement processes.
