Development Programme Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Development Programme Lead to join our client's team and contribute to the delivery of new homes within their patch.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the successful delivery of development projects.
  • Develop project programmes taking into account available resources, overall strategic regeneration programme, lead times for procurement, full consultation, and constraints on the scheme.
  • Support the Head of Regeneration and Development in reviewing, securing, and delivering development opportunities for the local authority and Registered Provider through regeneration schemes, Design and build schemes, S106's, and off-the-shelf purchases.
  • Conduct full development appraisals and carry out due diligence on potential projects to ensure schemes are viable for progression.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in a Development & Regeneration environment with experience of both leadership roles and managing other managers/team leaders.
  • Project management and contracts management experience inclusive of the procurement process.
  • Managing high-value budgets effectively and developing delivery solutions that add value or reduce costs.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is £41,356.71 - £44,106.20 per annum, rising through increments, plus an essential car user allowance of £963.00 per annum. In addition, the company offers a range of benefits including a fantastic learning and development programme, an excellent pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
