Job Description: Regional Planning Professional

We are excited to announce an opening for a Regional Planning Professional to join our team in the North. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and contribute to our company's success.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Ensuring project programmes remain up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with contractual requirements.
  2. Collaborating with the site management team to review and update programmes, ensuring changes are recorded and reflected in the programme.
  3. Utilizing planning software to maintain programme accuracy and compliance, with a focus on Microsoft Project and/or ASTA.
  4. Monitoring site records, including contractual notices and communication related to programme matters, to ensure contractually compliant submissions and acceptance.
  5. Reviewing the Project Change register and Project Risk & Opportunities Register to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Facilitating entitlement not previously captured by the site team and assisting with EOT claims.
  7. Providing expert advice on planning, programming, methods of construction, and solutions to engineering problems.
  8. Supporting the Regional Manager/Director in developing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, experience with site planning and managing civil engineering projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. Knowledge of the NEC suite of Forms of Contract is also desirable.
