Industrial Maintenance Planner Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver tasks efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements
- Develop performance metrics for the maintenance function
- Support the department's budgeting process
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Manage external contractor and supplier relationships
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience with CMMS, SAP, or Shire software
- Thorough understanding of industrial maintenance best practices
- Exceptional planning and organisational abilities
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Detailed focus and proactive problem-solving attitude
