Regional Planning Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Planner to join our team in the North. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your expertise, and contribute to our company's success.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Reviewing project programmes to ensure they remain current, accurate, and compliant with contractual requirements.
  2. Working closely with the site management team to update programmes, ensuring changes are recorded and reflected in the programme.
  3. Using planning software to maintain programme accuracy and compliance, with a focus on Microsoft Project and/or ASTA.
  4. Monitoring site records, including contractual notices and communication related to programme matters, to ensure contractually compliant submissions and acceptance.
  5. Reviewing the Project Change register and Project Risk & Opportunities Register to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Facilitating entitlement not previously captured by the site team and assisting with EOT claims.
  7. Providing expert advice on planning, programming, methods of construction, and solutions to engineering problems.
  8. Supporting the Regional Manager/Director in developing processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with site planning and managing civil engineering projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Project. Knowledge of the NEC suite of Forms of Contract is also desirable.
