Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Engineer to join our client's luxury residential house building team. The role involves managing and coordinating technical and site infrastructure projects from initial planning through to construction and final estate completions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate technical infrastructure projects.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to best practice initiatives within the technical team.
- HND/Degree in Building Studies, Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
- Industry experience with knowledge of road/sewer agreements, utility frameworks, and CAD software.
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and data management tools.
- Annual bonus based on performance.
- Life assurance covering twice the employee's salary.
- Paid holiday entitlement of ~25 days plus bank holidays.
- Car allowance of £400 per month.
£65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
