Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project resources, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards, and providing expert technical support to project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical guidance to project teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving engineering challenges.
    • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Commercial Support:
    • Understand the commercial impact of project decisions and implement cost-saving strategies.
    • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and contractors.
  • Client Relationships:
    • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and providing technical support as needed.
  • Change Management:
    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget, assessing impacts and implementing adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong project coordination skills, technical expertise in engineering principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
