Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury House Building Project Manager to join our team at Chrysalis Talent Solutions Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of luxury house building projects.

About the Role:
  • Manage technical aspects of luxury house building projects.
  • Plan and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation and records.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and improvement.
