Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects of luxury house building projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This will involve:

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Providing technical guidance to teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Managing and maintaining technical documentation and records.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks.
  • Developing and implementing technical strategies and processes.
  • Collaborating with senior management to drive business growth and improvement.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
