We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Manager to join our team at Chrysalis Talent Solutions Limited.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management and be able to lead technical projects and teams in luxury house building.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical projects and teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and quality standards.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per year

Benefits:

  • Life Assurance (2x salary)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Car allowance of £400 per month

Bonus: Annual 5% performance bonus on top of salary.
