We are seeking an exceptional Design and Technical Lead to spearhead our engineering efforts and drive innovation across various projects. Your leadership and technical expertise will be critical in shaping our engineering practices and processes.

  • Define and implement engineering best practices to drive project success.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip teams with cutting-edge skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee CS documentation control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the design engineering team to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support the inspection, testing, and commissioning teams to optimize project efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation updates and feedback loops to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Support the development of training programs and requirements for the team.
  • Ensure timely completion of testing and commissioning activities.
  • Assist field teams with testing and commissioning to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate O&M handovers and tasks to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Establish performance guarantee standards to drive business excellence.
  • Review client performance guarantee standards to ensure alignment with company expectations.
  • Participate in site visits with management approval to assess project progress.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in design quality and information.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders through attending or supporting industry shows and meets.
