Lead System Designer for Compute Subsystem Products

We are looking for a Lead System Designer for Compute Subsystem Products to join our team at Arm.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of our compute subsystem products and SoCs, working closely with Engineering Directors and Technical Leads to establish common requirements for design-related flow development.
A key aspect of this role is the development of internal engineering flows for system design activities, including linting, CDC/RCDFloorPlanIntegration, SDC, and machine-readable specifications for automation of best practices.
You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing design metrics, working with tools from multiple EDA vendors.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of EDA flow, scripting languages (Python, Perl, PHP), version control (SVN, Git, Gerrit), machine-readable specifications, continuous integration, and delivery.
Excellent communication skills and team management experience are essential for success in this role.
Nice to have skills include High-Level Synthesis (HLS), IP protection and export restrictions, functional safety standards (ISO 26262), global IP and SoC development projects.
Arm offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role is based in Cambridge, UK or Austin, USA.
