Maintenance Operations Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at CV Technical in the Chesterfield area. As an FMCG Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting planned and reactive maintenance across our operations, ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading a team of maintenance engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development of training programs for maintenance engineers and contribute to the upkeep of site facilities, including BMS systems management.
Requirements:- NVQ Level 3 or higher within an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience within manufacturing, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are passionate about maintenance and want to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
