Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer Team Lead to join our newly formed engineering organisation, responsible for driving the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across our European facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical breakdown repair, compressor maintenance, and electrical systems. A strong understanding of 5S principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to travel, with up to 60% of time spent visiting European sites, while ensuring the continuous and safe operation of equipment.
