Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical information to align with planning approvals and company objectives.
- Commission external consultants and ensure contractual compliance.

- Analyze project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £45,000 and £50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
You will also receive a range of benefits, including life assurance, holiday entitlement, and a car allowance of £400 per month.
