About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organizing client reviews, staff training, supervision, and appraisals. Your excellent communication and admin skills will ensure that all records are kept up to date, and you will be the main point of contact for clients, their staff teams, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements
• Level 3 qualification linked to health and social care
• Experience working in the health or social care industry
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure
• High level of computer literacy, covering Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experience of managing people and motivating teams
• Full driving license and own vehicle
