About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to oversee groundworks on a new build site in the Chesterfield area. This project is expected to start shortly and will last for approximately one week, with the candidate working on-site during this time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Black / White Card, 3 Day First Aid, and Fire Marshall requirements.
  • RAM Document Management: Write and update RAMS documents as necessary.
  • Handovers and Sign-Offs: Coordinate handovers and ensure timely sign-offs.
  • Procedure Improvement: Implement and enhance existing procedures.
  • Site Management: Lead day-to-day site activities, update construction programs, and prepare site documents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing site operations, particularly in health and safety, document management, and team leadership. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and senior management.
